Refund Policy
To request a refund, email support@ejabat.io from the email address linked to your account. Please include:
- The reason for your refund request.
- Your bank details for the refund.
Once we receive your email, we will:
- Deduct any unpaid amounts up to the request date.
- Refund the remaining balance to your bank account.
After processing the refund, neither party will have further obligations.
Governing Law
All invoices, transactions, and services provided by Suhub Raqamya Software Design follow the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). If any disputes, claims, or legal issues arise, they will be settled exclusively in the courts of Dubai, UAE. In addition, both parties agree to the jurisdiction of these courts.
